Hans Andreasson 

Founding Partner 

 

Hans started his career within the public service sector; holding the position of associate judge of the county court of Jakobsberg between 1992-1994. He later joined Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå as associate before becoming partner in 2000. He left the firm as senior partner in 2016 to start MLT Corporate Finance. Hans is specialised on M&A and investments, especially within infrastructure and energy. Hans has been on the board of directors for several private and public sector companies as well as within the energy sector. 

Hans is currently on the board of:

• Mobotec (sold to Nalco) 

• Eneo Solutions

• SENS

Previous board positions include: ​

• Member of the Swedish Bar Association between 1997-2017. 

• Became head of Mannheimer & Swartling's Energy and Natural Resources Group 2003, leading 25 lawyers in this area.
