Carl has more than 20 years of experience within the financial sector. Carl has held various positions at Svenska Handelsbanken (1990 – 1999) and KPMG Corporate Finance (1999 -2011). Carl was heading KPMG Corporate Finance’s Corporate Valuation Department between 2005 – 2011. In 2011 Carl founded INFINA Corporate Finance which has assisted large corporations, governmental agencies and SME:s with financial analysis and valuation services. Since 2012 Carl and INFINA partnered with MLT Corporate Finance.

 

Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administation and is a Certified European Financial Analyst, CEFA
